Our customer, a leading telecoms solutions provider required an integrated approach for managing, securing and reporting on laptops, smartphones and tablets. Working with one of our solutions providers using IBM Endpoint Manager we quickly delivered a needs-based solution with the following key features:

Device inventory and remote management such as lock and wipe;
Full compliance against the business’ security requirements;
Streamlined customer and device take-on process.

The service enabled an enhanced, fully branded mobile offering helping to drive revenues and reduce churn while having low set-up and launch costs. It has been deployed in one country with plans to roll it out globally within the coming months.
